What does our children's trust look like?

Oldham's Children's Trust is made up of a number of layers:

The Changing for Children Executive Board (CCEB)

The prime function of the executive board is to ensure that services are fully integrated and that the responsibilities for meeting the five outcomes are jointly met. The board also takes on the role of the accountable body to ensure that the outcomes are monitored, evaluated and effectively reported.

The Changing for Children Strategy group (CCSG)

The CCSG has the responsibility of driving forward the Changing for Children agenda and delivering improved outcomes for children and young people as set out in the Children and Young People Plan. The CCSG is made of lead officers and chairs from the seven service delivery partnerships, lead officers for the children and young people stakeholder events and partnership stakeholder events, in addition to chairs of the integrated commissioning group , integrated services board and integrated systems board.
