Housing
Change Theory: Meeting the needs in all neighbourhoods/ communities to provide affordable and decent homes and give support to those who need it.
The Oldham Local Housing Board has overall responsibility for the delivery of the Housing Block in Oldham's Local Area Agreement. A sub-group - the Housing Block - is responsible for the operational delivery of the outcomes and indicators in the housing block of Oldham's LAA. A range of stakeholder sub-groups provide advice on specific policies and delivery programmes to the Housing Block.
