Partnership Boards

The Oldham Partnership's structure has been rationalised since the signing of the LAA. The Executive and Steering Group were previously supported by a network of thematic partnerships. These have been aligned with the five blocks of the LAA, and have merged or transformed into advisory groups as appropriate. The block structure will support effective delivery against the targets in the LAA whilst maintaining the expertise and working relationships built up in the previous partnership networks.

The Partnership Board for each block is responsible for delivering the targets in that section of the LAA.  The Boards will allocate funding from the LAA to support projects which are making a direct contribution to the outcomes or indicators in their LAA block.

The performance of each block fo the LAA is monitored on a quarterly basis. This ensures that any areas of under-performance are identified at the earliest possible opportunity, and can be addressed without delay.

The five Partnership Boards are:
