LAA Performance

The performance of the Oldham Partnership is monitored on a quarterly basis against the targets in the Local Area Agreement (LAA). Where it is possible to monitor data on a quarterly basis, performance is rated as either Green, Amber or Red.

A quarterly monitoring form is submitted for each of the five blocks within the Local Area Agreement:

Safer & Stronger Communities

Housing

Economic Development & Enterprise

Healthier Communities & Older People

Children & Young People

Performance against the Local Area Agreement is reported to the Oldham Partnership Steering and Executive Group. Where areas of under performance are identified, appropriate interventions will be instigated.
