Oldham's Local Area Agreement
Oldham's Local Area Agreement 2008-2011 (August 2008)
New Local Area Agreements
After the successful pilot of Local Area Agreements in Oldham and around the country, the role and remit of LAAs is being extended as part of the "new LAAs", which will come into force in mid-2008. Discussions on the shape and content of Oldham's new LAA started with the LAA Feasibility Testing Study in Summer 2007, and will continue to be developed through partnership discussions and negotiations through to Summer 2008, including the Oldham Partnership Conference on 13th December 2007. During the negotiation process the latest documents and drafts will be placed below.

The Agreement outlines the priorities for the Borough between April 2006 and March 2009, incorporating 22 strategic outcomes, over 100 indicators, and around 45 funding streams. After the first year, Oldham "refreshed" it's Local Area Agreement.
