Oldham Work and Skills Strategy 2016-20

The strategy contains a new “outcomes framework” for employment and skills which seeks to improve population skills outcomes against to support these strategic goals. It also seeks to inform and raise awareness across the Oldham Partnership of the complexity of and multiple challenges facing these systems, and positions the Oldham economy in the context of emerging strategies for employment and skills across Greater Manchester (GM).

 The strategy was endorsed by the Oldham Leadership Board in July 2016 but is also likely to evolve over time.
