The performance of the Oldham Partnership is monitored on a quarterly basis against the targets in the local area agreement (LAA). Where it is possible to monitor data on a quarterly basis, performance is rated as either green, amber or red.
A quarterly monitoring form is submitted for each of the five blocks within the local area agreement:
Safe and strong communities
Housing
Economic prosperity
Health and wellbeing
Children and young people
Performance against the local area agreement is reported to the Oldham Partnership steering and executive groups. Where areas of under performance are identified, we will work to address it.
