The Oldham Partnership commissions activity which helps to deliver against the targets contained within the local area agreement (LAA) or the sustainable community strategy.

Government have recognised that Oldham has used the local area agreement to improve local service delivery. The video below (produced by Government Office North West) gives examples of two such services - a home shopping scheme and Bronchial Boogie - and demonstrates how they are improving the local quality of life.
